not sure where to put this,but related to calls inbound & outbound. in reports exportable to xls & pdf

Total Handle time
Total Inbound calls
Total Outbound calls
Total Calls abandoned
Total Wrong numbers
Total unavailable numbers
Total out of the reach numbers
Total Recycles of leads
Leads remaining displayed in realtime (i guess we have this already)
Average Handle time,
Avg Wrap-up time
Average Hold time

also how do we manually pull out numbers from a loaded already numbers in the hopper? via db?
