create random data in testmode, including missings

For testing purposes, it can be helpful to have missing data (e.g., if the item is not compusolry, formr-monkey could place missings). This would sometimes make it easier to write feedback for particpants as well. Both options (random, non-random) would be of course the best solution. thanks!
