Fix SERIAL1_PROTOCOL RCIN (23) showing as Megasquirt in Serial Ports

Description

In the Serial Ports configuration, SERIAL1_PROTOCOL set to 23 (RCIN for ELRS) displays as "Megasquirt" instead of the correct protocol name. The protocol list mapping is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect a flight controller with SERIAL1_PROTOCOL set to 23
2. Navigate to Vehicle Config > Serial Ports
3. Observe that SERIAL1 shows "Megasquirt" instead of "RCIN"

Expected vs Actual

• Expected: Protocol 23 should display as "RCIN" or "RC Input"
• Actual: Protocol 23 displays as "Megasquirt"
