Continuous Integration and real testing

I'll set up and fund two accounts for testing and privately share the secret. We need a shell script that accepts the two seeds and runs as many permutations of the commands as we can come up with using minuscule amounts.

I'll also put the seeds into an environment variable in drone.io and we can run the test script on every commit. That way we'll have real proof in the ledger that everything is working correctly. I'll see if the vanity address generator can find some account ids beginning with rubble... :-)
