Please allow support for Sega/Mega CD 32X games

I'm not sure if the 32X core you are leveraging allows use of CD input, but if so, would you please consider allowing this combination? There's a limited number of titles for it but it'd be nice to have complete Genesis/MegaDrive support if possible.

Logistically, I'm not sure (again, if it's possible) whether the CD images should be placed under the MegaCD or 32X directories, since they are kind of both.

I will add cue, iso and chd support inside the existing 32x system for being able to load those games.
