As regards the Audio/Video encoding service:

There are many discrepancies between what the plugin actually says and what is on https://rtcamp.com/rtmedia/addons/audio-video-encoding-service/

Plans are messed up... Some plans are mssing...

Some features are blank for some plans.

E.g. Amazon S3 support for Silver is blank. File Size limit for Platinum is blank. What should I assume blank means? Please can you let me know the exact plans and their details.

Also, once I submit the file for processing, is the file automatically downloaded back to my system? Is there a confirmation for the same?

Yes, file will be automatically downloaded back to the system. No there isn't any confirmation for the same because it will irritate user or site admin to notify them for every successful conversion.

I feel opposite. When I upload a video to YouTube, I expect YouTube to email me link to view/share video when it's ready.

Conversion can take time. So there should be communication.

Feedback is VERY important. It should inform the user of every status - means if there is a problem as well as successful converson.

Yep. Default should always inform.

To handle irritation, we can give preferences/settings where user can unsubscribe.

Also, such email notification can have rtMedia branding. That way an end user will get to know about rtMedia.
