@jforest I know we've talked about changing the deployment strategy for what works best for P3M but I don't remember the details... is there a change we should still be considering here?

@bdeitte I think so! Recreate prevents us from having 2 different versions of the app running and answering requests at the same time. Also helpful for database migrations that could cause errors from previous versions of the app that don't support the new schema.
