Explore adding resource constraints to session templates

This could be useful for Workbench and/or Connect.

Since CPU / RAM can be set by the application, we might ought to see what options exist around:

• overwrite whatever the app says (yuck 😬 )
• default values in case the app does not provide anything
• setting ephemeralStorage, which neither application allows configuration for
