build broken under LEDE 17.01.1 SDK/ImageBuilder env

17.01.1 changed a lot in build scripts and packages naming, which breaks the network-feeds build.

I hope I could but unfortunately I have little idea about the OpenWrt makefile magic nor about the LEDE changes ...

@rssnsj I'm trying to fix that issue but unfortunately I found that LEDE stops download the dependencies (like openssl) automatically but instead needs manual update/install from feeds scripts.
So under sdk folder, invoke make package/minivtun-tool/compile will fail with broken openssl dependency headers.
I managed to build the minvitun-tool with script/feeds update -a and script/feeds install openssl.

Any ideas about how to make this all done in the script ?
