Installation BTK error

Hello,

I'm trying to install BTK but I can not. Does it work with the latest version of ITK / VTK / Cmake?

My mistake is this:

Error: 'class vtkAppendPolyData' has no member named 'AddInput'
M_OutputFibers [m_OutputIndicesOfLabels [label-1]] -> AddInput (currentFiber);

When I use VTK 5.10.1 I no longer have this error but another one that is further (30%) and it is:

#error> "Dunno about this gcc">

What is the best solution for install BTK ?
