Probably wouldn't hurt! Might take a sec to spin up but we could probably use the repeated value flag and the seasonal flag.
We would want to create some thresholds for the seasonal flags using the make_threshold_table and input in as much "clean" data as possible (perhaps the final output from your first pass cleaning?)
