Generate FC samples should include field temp/do/sc to match `generate_ross_sample_data`

FC uses a sonde when they sample to get field temp/do/sc and that data should be recorded in raw/chem/fc_clp_chem/UCLP_field_data_2022-24.xlsx. Could be helpful/keep us consistent!
