The comment can now be delayed to only happen after the Pages deployment has finished.
In the meantime, while the previous deployment remains accessible, it's outdated. It would be nice to be able to update the comment immediately to indicate that the page is currently deploying, and only afterwards re-add the URL.
The implementation should be easy to turn on, but as I'd like this to be the default behaviour eventually, it should also be easy to turn off for workflows that expect this action to be dumber.
