No default region?

hey @rossj I started a new project with rackit and I errored out on the region requirement change. The docs say it should default to the user's default region:
region : '', // Specifies the geographic datacenter to prefer - defaults to the user's default region.

When you say defaults to the user's default region, are you referring to the authRegion? Has this just not been implemented? Or am I just missing something?

Hi @benrlodge. The docs are out of date. The region used to default, but this functionality was removed when I switched to using pkgcloud/pkgcloud. See this issue for more info pkgcloud/pkgcloud#225
