Some Buttons have very abrupt hover effect while some don't have any Hover effect

Current Behavior

There are some buttons on the page having a very abrupt hover effect, and there are some buttons that don't have any hover effect.
Any transition delay can be added to make that look good. Can I work on this Issue under GSSOC '22
