Not exported functions in dbparser

Hi,

Sorry I'm new to this, but how do I use this package? There are a ton of functions listed on https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/dbparser/versions/2.0.2 but it seems like nearly all of them are internal, including read_drugbank_xml_db. Only the 4 functions that are exported (https://docs.ropensci.org/dbparser/reference/index.html) seem of little use.. am I missing something?

OK, so all the functions listed on rdocumentation link are never supposed to be directly accessible, but used in the background when I call parseDrugBank? Also, once I have the dvobject output from parseDrugBank, the dbparser library is not needed for any subsequent work, and the different elements of this dvobject (e.g. drugs, targets etc.) can simply be processed as R data.frame, is that correct?

Yes, that is true for now. In next version you will be able to combine a two different dvbojects into one, more about that in next version
