Taxonomies need sorting out #7
Description
Taxonomies and applied terms are side-loaded into the json returned for e.g. a post which is useful. But there is also a /taxonomies endpoint.
We need to standardise the data which is returned, and provide a way to link the two together. It might just be something in _links.
