Recognize more unicode superscripts/subscripts

Sometime in March, I will look into this idea. I'd say probability is slim that I will implement it.

The Temml parser is patterned after the LaTeX parser, which does not handle these items well. For numerals, the workaround could be written in one local section of code. I suspect that letters would need code revisions scattered through multiple modules. I'm not likely to make such a change.

afaict even letters would just require additions to src/unicodeSupOrSub.js no? i have a local rust script that finds them, i could just have it convert to json and make a PR from it

Now that I have checked, I see that Temml already has pretty complete coverage of Latin (sub|super)script letters. @mi2ebi Which other letters were you seeking?
