Define work to be done for face embeddings

Face embeddings will allow clustering of human faces for enhanced predictions. This should allow things like:

1. Facial recognition models (which identity out of k identities does this image belong to)
2. Facial verification models (are these two images of the same person)
3. Given a video with an unknown number of unique individuals k split into j frames, identify all facial images containing person k's face.
