Thank you so much for sharing your code and guidance. I found that there is an error in your SFI_TheoryManual.pdf. In the section "Projection basis"-"Normalization", according to your paper, $B_{\alpha\beta }=\sum_i b_\alpha (\mathbf(x)(t_i))b_\beta (\mathbf(x)(t_i)) (\Delta t /\tau)$, but in your guidance, $b_\beta (\mathbf(x)(t_i))$ is missing.

Thanks, indeed! This manual is pretty outdated, I am currently preparing a big new version of SFI that will include an update of it (as well as many new features). In the next couple of months I hope!
