Doesn't scan many systems, adds orphan systems

Describe the bug
RomM doesn't scan through all of my roms, skips a lot of systems, for example most Nintendo systems and Playstation consoles are not fetched. In addition, it adds a lot of empty system folders that messes up what I have. It ignores psx, ps2, ps3, wii, wiiu, and it adds one "roms" folder inside each system, further messing up what I made

To Reproduce
Scanning the whole Type A folder that I made, I made it exactly like the guide said and named all the systems accordingly.

1. Go to 'Romm app'
2. Click on scan
3. Scroll down to scan all
4. See error

Expected behavior
Scan my roms, don't make new system folder, and not make new "roms" folder in each system?
