[Feature] OIDC/API Key Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now that RomM supports OIDC login, users can be made without explicitly setting a username and password. Currently, the PlayNite plugin only allows logging in with username and password.

Describe the solution you'd like
An alternative method for linking a RomM user to PlayNite. Possible solutions could be OIDC support directly or an API key. Another option would be to open the specified RomM address in PlayNite's browser, having the user login, and passing back some sort of auth token.
