Missing tile collision on Stage 41 #8

On Stage 41 ("Roundabout") there is a solid floor on the left edge of the screen that seems to lack collision. Any object can drop straight through. The bug is easy to reproduce: Begin the level and wait for the clown on the left side to walk forward and suddenly drop down through the solid platform. Players can also fall through, once that side of the screen is safe from enemies.

This issue is present in the original Amiga version, suggesting it's just an issue with this map (Something missing in mapdata.cpp?) and not a full-blown object collision bug.
