The album cover isn't showing up for local tracks

As the screenshot below. The app cannot get album art from Apple Music.
Plus, this now playing only support Apple Music? It should be working like the control centre that reacts to all the current playing media. e.g. Spotify web app

Currently, the Now Playing section supports Apple Music and Spotify (Media Keys > Control > Preferred player). I have the same app and system version, and everything works fine. I'll leave this open for more information. We need to find out when this happens.

Yep, the music I'm playing is from my own MP3 Media library. So I'm just using Apple Music as a local player
