In some text boxes, I've noticed the dictation text is not inserted.

For example, this Github issue report text box.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open this issue report prompt
2. Put cursor at a text box
3. Start and complete a dictation
4. Says text inserted at cursor but no text is found

What was the expected result?
