Can't save screenshots as image. I can only print it.

A few weeks ago, this browser extension stopped working for me. If I capture a selected area of a page, I am unable to actually save the captured selection, either as an image file or as a Google Drive file. Neither option does anything when I select it.

Saving locally requires Flash to be enabled in your browser - the Google Drive option should work fine, as long as you've given the extension access to your account.

If you're using Chrome, next time you are on the save screen with a screenshot, try opening developer tools (hitting F12 on your keyboard), clicking on "Console", and then on the screenshot page, try to save to Google Drive. Copy and paste all of the stuff in the Console as a reply to this comment, that way we can track down what may be causing the issue.

I am having the same problem. I cannot save. I use to save everything and not a few weeks ago the save button stopped working. I am not that literate on the computer on these types of things F12 on my keyboard turns on airplane mode so I am even more confused
