MSI installer project is deprecated

Visual Studio has deprecated/removed support MSI installer vdproj files. An alternative for installation will have to be found. While I do not know much about the topic at present, I believe that Windows Forms solutions can make an installer from the project properties now.

My vote is to just remove the installer and provide the program as a downloadable zip file. We could setup GutHub CI/CD to automatically build and generate this zip for us when pull requests are merged. I could change the site to point to the GitHub location.
