Adjust unicode terminal widths #588
Description
The widths need around round of tweaking. In particular Indic languages like Bengali do well because of the treatment of Mn Me Mc Cf but that shouldn't be applied to other scripts. And it would be really nice if the front page of wikipedia page worked perfectly.
There is a Scripts.txt in ucd that can be used to help tweak things.
