Feature Request: google.protobuf.FieldMask support

Despite the fact that many well-known types are already being supported, google.protobuf.FieldMask still gets a syntax error when you try to use it in request.

To send FieldMask in messages I use Evans or BloomRPC, but they have their own limitations in other features :(

I also ran into this issue. I forked the code and added support for it. I’ve packaged a macOS installer, you can give it a try. I’ll submit a PR later and hopefully the author can merge it.
