Automatically add https to the beginning of links if not present #969
Description
If you try to enter a speaker homepage while editing a talk and omit the leading https it will give you an error: "Error: Unable to process input "www.homepage.com" for property speaker_homepage: Invalid URL." We should automatically add https if not present.
