Auto tagging for journeys #97

Allow the auto-tagging of journeys based on the nodes used and whether a journey is being used by another journey as an inner journey.
Suggestions:
- Keep using Capital Case tag names as the default tags coming from engineers, as they are being used in the UI as categories, so they should be descriptive and nice to look at.
- Add a
*at the end of a tag to make it an auto-tag. - Doe NOT add a
*at the end of an existing tag to keep it a manual tag. - Tag inner journeys with an auto-tag
- Tag entry (outer) journeys with an auto-tag
