Dropbox Backup Fails

Describe the problem
After configuring a dropbox scoped app with the following perms and successfully going through the Backup 1.7.1 dropbox auth flow, Backups fail with an error in the logs

Platform and Kodi version
Libreelec 12.0.2 (rpi), kodi 21.2

Thanks for the log file. I'll admit it's been a while since I've gone through this workflow myself. Going to save the relevant part of the log file below and see what I can figure out based on the error.

Ok so this took a weird turn. I went through the entire auth process from scratch and confirmed the the tokens.json file is created properly. Upon first run of a Backup writing files worked. On my second run I got the error you saw. Adding some debug statements I confirmed the expiration date is loaded properly, it's the datetime object that was throwing an error. After rebooting Kodi I tried again and everything worked.

After some digging online I came across a bunch of Python bugs related to datetime.strptime including a page on the Kodi wiki. After implementing the fix there I think things should work. Are you able to test changes I pushed to Github? The changes are only to the authorizers.py file.
