icub_ibbbbeba_sim_model.asm (iCubGazeboV2_10 sim model) is missing some SCSYS definitions

iCubGazeboV2_10 urdf is the only one (so far) to be generated using creo2urdf pipeline using the icub_ibbbbeba_sim_model.asm. This simulation model is currently missing some SCSYS definitions. In particular, this is the warning message arised by Creo when generating the model

To avoid the warning when generating the urdf, I removed the frame definition in b22f1f9
