Create GUI and port to Windows. #4
Description
- Create a Graphical User Interface for the Game with Radio Buttons for Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 Respectively. ( Possibly on Qt )
- Add a Easy Thresholding Interface, to Track the Paddle
- Port to Windows by making binary. (.exe)
