Logger relies on CMake scripts that no longer exist.

At some point during an update to DVGE the shared CMake config scripts used by both DVGE and logger were deleted. Logger can no longer build without those scripts and needs to be updated to use the new ones.

The bug should be fixed, but I want to test installing the logger in another library before closing this issue.
