feature: Need to implement php generator concept to get the seed and keep it on variable for large dataset.

In the time getting the seed from the connected DB. We have implemented a concept that will get the data and keep it in a variable. Now need to change the approach. We will try to implement the PHP generator to speed up the process of getting data from the DB and then keep it as JSON. Finally, whenthe  user executes the seeding then the seeder file will insert data from the JSON.
