Option to show env vars in a table

Environment variables are currently shown in a text box and are unsorted.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the option to display environment variables in a table with the key / value in separate columns. This would also allow the environment variables to be sorted if desired. When displayed in a table, there should still be an option to show the environment variables in a text box for easy bulk copying.

Hi @nicholas-ochoa , I just released version 1.11.0 with the new inspector. Environment variables are now sorted and keys and values are visually separated. There is also Copy All button. Please check if it solves your issue.

This is definitely a lot better! A couple notes:

• Text selection is "weird". A normal cursor is displayed until I click on text in the environment variable panel and then it switches to a text select cursor - but the bounding box around the text is extremely tight which makes it hard to precision select anything.
• For environment variables with really long values, they are being cut off or truncated with ... in the middle depending on if I click on the text field or not:

That resolved it, thank you!

Edit: That resolved the cut off values - the text selection is still pretty odd and doesn't work as expected.
