Add extra sequence types from my thesis

Back in 2003 I wrote my master thesis Efficient Data Structures in a Lazy Functional Language and more or less had forgotten about it, but was now asked by someone to submit its source-code here for inclusion into Edison. So I packaged the source files up and here they are: extraseq.zip. Those are lhs files and should probably be stripped to hs files and they are under GPL, but I hereby explicitly allow them to be relicensed to the MIT licence for inclusion into Edison.
Also, I haven't touched them in 13 years and have no idea whether any adapting might be needed.

Anyway, I hope this stuff is of use and would be happy if it's included.

Thanks for putting these up here. I haven't had an opportunity to look at it yet, but when I find some time, I'll take a look at what it would take to update and add these data structures.
