Cant create new account on brax.me. "What are you up to? You're acting suspiciously. Tracking..."??? How to create an account?

There are no instructions that I see and no messages that tell what I'm doing wrong??

I've tried different names and usernames. I've also tried different passwords and password lengths thinking the password is too long.

I just keep getting message that I'm actiing suspicious

and:
