Avoiding the Selenium password

It's a pain to type 'secret' each time, but there's an environment variable to turn it off.

VNC_NO_PASSWORD=1

For example

My local docker-compose has remarked out containers to save RAM so I put it in my .gitignore.

A consequence is that I don't know how to do a pull request with it.
