Run ABSOLUTE on TITAN segments

Ryan suggested I use only the dominant clone, but this doesn't actually make sense, since ABSOLUTE needs to run on all the copy number events in the whole sample. Anyway I'll run it on the new TITAN segments from the pooled samples.

Remake MAF files - forgot to include samples with no WGS.
