API path for allversions includes deleted and cannot be filtered by status

The response to path: /discos/{uri}/allversions includes all derived versions of DiSCOs including DELETED. DELETED DiSCOs should be excluded from this list. Here is an example:

Alternatively, or in addition it would be useful to add a status querystring filter option to this path where you can filter by active, inactive, or all.
