Use an RMap instance for integration tests

It is now possible (via Maven and cargo) to run an instance of the RMap service. Have cargo deploy RMap in the pre-integration-test lifecycle, and point all ITs to that instance. Remove "fake rmap" where it can be replaced by the real deal.
