There is no easy way to get the ID of the System Agent that created a DiSCO or Agent

Would like a new rmapService function (or funcitons) that make it easier to get the System Agent that created a specific DiSCO or Agent. There is no easy path to this at present. A getRMapObjectCreationEvent function that returns RMapEvent will suffice.
