Need appropriate transaction log functionality

Need to consider how to capture appropriate transaction log. Per documentation we want a log of all requests. Currently default server logging of requests and errors happening, will not automatically capture user information, for example. This may or may not be a code issue... maybe should look at plugin and play logging solutions we can use for Jersey, oauth, Tomcat etc
