Map user inputs to building type

The required building database consists of the response JSONs (#90) from crawling and the static tabula building types (#95).

The user inputs need to be mapped to
- response from KfW tool (from JSON)
- building type from tabula (from CSV)

Add mapping/lookup table (file?) which returns ID/name to allow loading the data.
