CSS Changes Not Reflected on Other Devices Until File Is Saved

When the CSS file is edited by the developer, style changes are applied instantly on the developer’s device. However, on other devices accessing the application, the updated styles are not applied in real time. Users on other devices must manually save to see the updated styles. This causes inconsistent UI behavior across devices and prevents live style updates from being visible to all connected users simultaneously.
