pry-debugger 'next' has bugs replace with pry-byebug

Hi,

I am using pry-plus with ruby 2.0 and I occasionally hit an issue where 'next' works like step, see this issue nixme/pry-debugger#34. The recommendation is to use pry-byebug instead. If install pry-byebug with pry-plus will I have issues or will I need to install everything separately?

I'm curious what your results were, @jperry. An alternative would be to switch the dependency in in.yml, but I'm not sure what the intended supported rubies are. If it's ok to break the gem for anything besides 2.x, I'd think it'd be great (and I'd be surprised if that were ok), but otherwise it'd probably require a different way of enumerating dependencies.

I suppose an alternative would be to release a version 2.0 of this gem with support for ruby 2.x only.

It appears @avantcredit has made a fork of this gem substituting pry-byebug for pry-debugger. That might be something worth looking into. (I should note that I'm not a contributor on either repository).
