Bug when installing

Hi, Im trying to install python-moshion in my 2.7 versions of Python in windows(sorry, i just dont encountered any documentation about gomoshion in windows, just saw in macOs),
then in prompt Ive just received this error message:

python setup.py install

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 6, in
from setup_commands import TestCommand, CleanCommand
ImportError: No module named 'setup_commands'

I open up the setup.py but cant understand why this cant run.

can you help me?
cant found install documentation in .zip or web;

i've only been using this on mac - hoping to make it a bit more robust in a month or two
