Update docs on gh-pages branch...

We need to update the docs on the gh-pages branch so the site shows up properly on github. Also... we should get it working so it's all flat automatically instead of having to process it every time. I wish github had sub directories for it's pages but I understand why. It's not meant for hosting full web sites.
